Terrible Royal Mail service. Either the label printer isn't working, or the scanner isn't working. Different excuse every time makes working with them very frustrating.

Not open at 1140am. Despite opening at 10am. No notice outside to say when opening.

There were a couple of times that I went to find that they were not opened yet even though they said that they opened at 10AM. They never rejected my parcels, but they were not quite friendly either. I had my dog with me to there and they allowed my dog to be in when I carried out my dog the whole time, which was nice but it was difficult to send parcels with no hands free!
